bad news...

well not too much but I did horrible yesturday. :( but its ok I am 152, I am doing this daily to get through the weekend.. I will be ok come monday. I have my meals planned out for the day (sort of). I have 450 cal for the day so far at 1pm, and I am planning on making a simple dinner sooo I should be good! I have faith in myself, I just feel im dehidrated going to drink wawa! lata people!!!


  1. You can do it! I had a terrible day yesterday too... hubby met me for lunch, he wanted BK... then we were at a going away party and oOOOOOH the food was just so good! Looking forward to the start of GAG Challenge this week...

  2. well today was a fail! I had chinese food left overs after I had lunch, but I had a tiny tiny dinner! so I think im under 1500 cal for the day.
