well not too much but I did horrible yesturday. :( but its ok I am 152, I am doing this daily to get through the weekend.. I will be ok come monday. I have my meals planned out for the day (sort of). I have 450 cal for the day so far at 1pm, and I am planning on making a simple dinner sooo I should be good! I have faith in myself, I just feel im dehidrated going to drink wawa! lata people!!!
